Gas2Grid Limited's assets are petroleum exploration licences located onshore in Australia, Philippines, France and New Zealand. The assets vary in development stage with the Philippines asset containing wells with known oil and gas accumulations that are trying to be commercialised, France is extending production from nearby oil and gas fields and exploration opportunities in Australia and new Zealand. The company holds a 100% interest and operatorship in all of its assets other than in NZ where it holds a 55% non-operated interest and France where it owns a 50% interest. The main target within these licences is conventional oil and gas.
